“I believe in relationships, not transactions… because at our core, we are a community that is stronger together than as individuals.”
Jaime Daniell was born and raised in the New York City Area. She went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University with an emphasis in Criminal Justice and Sociology.
Jaime currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Owner of Performance Staffing Solutions, a leading multi-branch staffing company headquartered in Charlotte. Her career reflects her journey as a continuous learner and evolving leader. Although Jaime’s professional foundation was centered on Business Development, her intellectual and professional curiosity has led her to gain a broad range of operational experience by leading teams in areas such as Finance, Business Operations, Customer Care and Business Integration. She has been a driving force in her company’s ability to transform and adapt in today’s highly competitive marketplace. As a result, Jaime is an active speaker on the topics of contingent workforce solutions and contract labor.
Mrs. Daniell brings deep operational and industry knowledge to her role as CEO. Before starting her own firm in 2007, Mrs. Daniell held leadership roles at several national staffing agencies and was a recognized trailblazer in development. She was consistently ranked in the top tier for revenue at each of her companies and was honored with the “President’s Performance Club” award and “Branch of the Year” several years consecutively.
Outside of work, Jaime is a passionate volunteer and advocate for Women in Business. She sat as the Chair of the Women’s Advisory Board for the Charlotte Mecklenburg County Board of Commissioners from 2011-2014 which was personally and professionally enriching. While her career has been unexpectedly non-traditional in many respects, it has allowed her to develop relationships with fascinating people all over the region, explore new places and enjoy developmental pursuits.
Jaime lives in Charlotte with her husband, Eric, and daughter, Kaylee. She is an active Board member at Charlotte Preparatory School. She enjoys collecting art, travel, and cheering on Kaylee on the field or at the pool.
