Mr. Rob Pollitt is Branch Manager for the South Office of Performance Staffing Solutions (PSS) and serves in an advisory role for the business development team. He is one of two Branch Managers reporting to ownership and is responsible for both operational and development areas at that location. Mr. Pollitt has progressed through the leadership ranks since joining the Company; he began working in business development before being promoted to Sales Manager in 2015, at which time he also assumed responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations in the North Office. In early 2017, he was promoted to the role of Branch Manager for the South location.
Mr. Pollitt has more than 15 years of management experience, including program management, contract management, consulting, strategy development, and application integration. Prior to joining PSS, he was the Director of Sales and Membership for River Run Country Club. While there, he played a strategic role in developing some of the organizations’ outreach programs, resulting in double-digit growth for the divisions he managed. Before joining the executive team at River Run, Mr. Pollitt worked in Sales for the Charlotte Hornets.
Mr. Pollitt is a graduate of West Virginia University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Human Resources. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Marketing from West Virginia University.
